By using ModMaster Hub ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. About the service

ModMaster Hub is a free, community-built toolkit that provides AI-powered diagnostic and assistance tools for players of SP Football Life 2026. The Service is provided as-is, for personal, non-commercial use.

ModMaster Hub is an independent community project and is not officially affiliated with SmokePatch, Konami, or any other game developer or publisher.

2. Use of the service

You may use ModMaster Hub for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's AI features
Upload files containing malicious code or content that violates the rights of others
Misrepresent the Service as officially endorsed by SmokePatch or any other organisation

3. No warranty

ModMaster Hub is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. The AI diagnostic results are generated automatically and may not always be accurate. Always verify suggestions against official documentation at pessmokepatch.com before making changes to your game files.

We are not responsible for any damage to your game installation, save files, or system as a result of following suggestions made by the Service.

4. File uploads

By uploading files to ModMaster Hub, you confirm that you have the right to share those files and that they do not contain personal data belonging to third parties. Uploaded files are processed temporarily and are not stored after your session.

5. Intellectual property

SP Football Life, SmokePatch, PES, and eFootball are trademarks of their respective owners. ModMaster Hub uses these names solely to describe compatibility and does not claim any association with or endorsement by those trademark holders.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ModMaster Hub and its creator(s) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
